This year's St Patrick's day we led the parade in Malahide where the Mayor of Fingal, Cllr Brian McDonagh, acknowledged our society and joined us in saluting the Flag to the National Anthem.
We had the best turnout yet, with new Volunteers joining the ranks from all over Fingal, to make for what was a truly inspirational day, especially given the number of new female members - which aligns well with the recent International Women's day only this same month. The Malahide Pipe Band followed, supporting our march with their outstanding drum role and pipe chants.
We also marched in Swords, and saluted the dignitaries gathered outside council offices, which all-in-all made for a very impressive display.
Our thanks to everyone who supported our marches this year and we look forward to the next event
which takes place in Lusk on Easter Sunday after the 11.30am Mass - all welcome - join us on Facebook:
